It is located in the Refugio neighborhood in the south of the city of Santiago de Cali. The building arises as a response to the need to complement the services offered by businesses in the neighborhood to nearby university communities.
Thus, the building was designed from two main axes in the decision making of the project. A building where the structure of the building is the finish itself and a building as an island or as a support to make nature appear around it.
